Group Discounts
Groups of 5 or more get a 15% discount when using “grouprate” as their Promo Code. Groups of 10 or more get 20% discount when using “grouprateplus” as their Promo Code. Discounts are applied to the standard $1695 registration rate and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Academic Discount
The academic discount is designed for full-time faculty and students. Simply enter promo code “edu” when registering to receive 65% off the standard fee.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued, minus a $150 processing fee, if cancellation is received on or before May 23, 2013. Between May 24 and June 23, 2013 a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available after June 23, 2013. Substitutions are allowed at any time without penalty.

Terms and Conditions
Payment should be made within 30 days of registration or the registrant will be at risk of losing his or her place on the Summit roster.
