Facilitator Biography:

Patrick M. Anderson is the father of 3 adult children, and self employed as a management consultant. A 1975 graduate of Princeton University and a 1978 graduate of University of Michigan Law School, Patrick has been an attorney in Alaska since 1978. Selected as an Outstanding Young Man of America in 1988, he has served a a municipal lobbyist, as a Director fo an Economic Development Center, andas an Assistant Professor at the University of Alaska Southeast. A proven leader and recognized expert on corporate governance and parliamentary procedure, Mr. Anderson has pioneered innovative approaches to non-profit service provision and business management in Alaska. He brought programs for fatherhood involvement and healthy relationships to Alaska in 2004. A pioneer in Lean Management for non-profit organizations, Mr. Anderson successfully reengineered Chugachmiut as it’s Executive Director from 2003-2012 into an efective continuously improving organization providing government funded Tribal services. He is leading as expansion of Lean Management techniques to both provate and non-profit businesses and healthcare in Alaska.
