  Open Space


 

"Open Space" is an innovative, participatory approach to structuring group conversations. The purpose of Open Space is to allow you to self-organize around coaching issues of meaning and direct relevance to you. Lex Schroeder will introduce the concept, but the sessions will be run by you, the conference participants. Lex will invite you to introduce topics, “host” conversations, and report back to the group in preparation for John Shook’s closing keynote.
