Off the Couch, Coach

To investigate the relationship between coaching and organizational and self-improvement. This will be achieved though live case study work where delegates work together to problem solve in sequence

  • Identifying and discussing how to harness the latent coaches in their organization
  • Shaping the coaching structure to consider the most suitable metrics for evaluating coaching impact on productivity
  • Re defining management roles to encourage coaching and relinquish control

These will run in parallel with the presenter’s narrative of organizational transformation in public service. In a what would you do? This is what we did unfolding narrative.

  • To identify and release the potential coaches and coaching pyramids in your organization, identifying and developing latent coaches
  • To provoke deeper questioning and greater positive influence (this is the couch to coach bit)
  • To facilitate coaching which is delivered though a virtuous circle to increase influence and impact in the workplace
