Metaphorically Speaking: Are You Using the Right Metaphors and Stories in Your Coaching?

Using metaphors and stories are a powerful and time-tested way for coaches to ‘translate’ lean concepts for their students. However, confusion can occur when coaches do not match their metaphor and story choices to their coachee population’s context and interests. In this breakout session, coaches will learn how to choose the most appropriate and impactful metaphors for their coachee population and begin developing their own ‘anthology’ of metaphors and stories.
