Understanding and Implementing Continuous Improvement Thinking in Any Organization Through the Engagement Equation

Presented By:

Ernie & Tracey Richardson

Participants will have a PowerPoint reference as well as a handout for notes. Participants will be involved in short table discussions regarding several of the GTS’s with brief report outs collectively as a group.

Participants will get a brief overview from the instructors how important each step is in creating a continuous improvement culture, one similar we experienced at Toyota.  This equation allows participants to grasp the discipline and accountability for integrating daily work to the true north through PDCA.
