Session Abstract:

In this Workshop Tony develops the themes within the keynote to share case study of LEAN coaching and a corporate (trust-wide) section and departmental level within education. Together we will explore how the contexts can be started independently or synchronised, and discuss the failures, mistakes and successes of his projects.

Workshops are interactive – bring your ideas, challenges, contexts and experience and be willing to share them.
