Tour Logistics:

Transportation will be provided for all tour participants (Starbucks Coffee Company).
There are 2 Starbucks stores inside Starbucks Corporate Headquarters if breakfast is desired.
Identification will be required to enter Starbucks Corporate Headquarters.

Inside Starbucks stores, comfortable close toed shoes are required (no high heels) and long hair must be restrained.  Cologne and perfume are not permitted.

Please coordinate departing flights accordingly. Any travel needs outside of this schedule will need to be coordinated by each individual.

Tour Agenda:

5:30 a.m. –  Transportation departs the Hotel for Starbucks Corporate Headquarters– participants will have access to a Starbucks store on arrival if breakfast is desired
6:00 a.m. –  Overview of Starbucks Innovation Lab & service delivery system.  Learners will get hands-on with some of a barista’s standardized work, learn how coaching relationships drive rapid learning cycles at Starbucks and how the management and service systems are linked together to support Operational Excellence.
8:00 a.m. – Larger group breaks into 3 sub-groups and each travels to a Starbucks store for observation.
9:30 a.m. – Travel to Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room to reflect on our observations.

11:00 a.m. – Transportation will return participants to their hotel.
