10:00AM-11:30AM	Coaching Summit Meetups - Participant-Driven Discussions The following topics are examples of participant-driven discussions from the 2012 Lean Coaching Summit. These topics were explored at length with results reported back to the entire group. Similar topics and format can be expected for the 2013 Summit.
	How do we start with leaders? How do we get buy-in for a coaching culture? How do we coach in humility in a culture that emphasizes winning? How do I introduce coaching culture to an engineering environment? How to adjust coaching as the capability of the person being coached changes? How do we establish a safe environment for leaders to coach? What are simple ways to get leaders with little or no experience started with coaching? How do you coach to develop strategic deployment A3s with executives? How do we create learning culture when we get back to our organizations? How can appreciative inquiry and understanding strengths enhance the coaching process? More practice asking questions as we did during the "Asking Effective Questions" session) Continued conversation with a specific company case study from the Summit.
