Coaching Leaders
The leader's most important job is to create an open and effective
problem-solving and learning environment. During this
experiential session, participants will explore some common
influences that drive typical, more comfortable behaviors
that limit leaders of problem solving, and consider some
intentional, personal practices to shift limiting habits to
habits that better engage the organization in meaningful
PDCA thinking.
