Session Description

The focus of lean continues to evolve while holding true to the original essence. As evident with Toyota, the people element of their DNA has been a mystery many have aspired to understand and mimic.

Toyota believes in making average people great! Coaching is a relationship to help people maximize their potential. A human centered leadership approach shifts the focus to the people who will deliver for business.

During this session, participants will learn from real case studies and develop a high level plan using an A3 approach to be intentional about driving a human centered approach to continuous improvement.
